Client was charged with First Degree Murder which carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. Went to trial. At trial, State proceeded on a theory of Felony Murder.

Client charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Conspiracy. Offered a sentence of incarceration as a plea deal. Went to trial. Two codefendants testified against him.

Client charged with Discharging a Weapon Into Occupied Property.  Maximum punishment 88 months.  After thorough investigation and showing self defense claim, charge was dismissed.

Lesser Sentence

Client charged with Embezzlement.  Maximum punishment 231 months.  Wanted to plead guilty to a lesser charge, but was denied.  Went to trial and was only convicted of the lesser charge and received a 30 day sentence.
